Chocolate Dipped Beringer White Zinfandel Wine

To obtain the beautiful blush on this extremely popular white zinfandel the grape juice produced after crushing was left in contact with the skins for approximately three hours to extract this light ruby hue, reminiscent of plum blossoms. After gently pressing the grapes, a slow, cool fermentation was used to highlight the wine's fresh aromas and flavors of summer berries, citrus and honeydew melon.
