Shipping & Returns

Shipping Guidelines *PLEASE READ* prior to checkout.

  • Desired delivery dates falling on a SAT/SUN will automatically be changed to FRI/MON at Sweet Traders discretion so please refrain from selecting such dates. All orders ship from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA.
  • When the shipping label is created for your order, the tracking number will be emailed to you directly from FedEx or from UPS Quantum View.
  • Perishable orders shipped via Overnight or 2 Day service to warm weather states are accompanied by a free e-usable ice pack lasting only for 24 hours.
  • PERISHABLE items are ONLY shipped Mon through Thurs. Such orders received on a Friday will be held and processed on Monday.
  • For all orders we strongly recommend that your gift be sent to the recipients business address when possible, or that someone be at home on the expected delivery day and that they be notified to expect a "special" delivery.
  • IF stock is available your order will be shipped the same day as placed if received by 1pm PST.
  • Orders received after 1pm PST will not be shipped until the following day.
  • SATURDAY DELIVERY is ONLY available using the Air/Expedited shipping methods. However not all zip codes fall under this service level therefore YOU MUST call/email us to arrange this in advance. A $15.00 SAT shipping surcharge is levied by UPS and FedEx which will be added to your invoice when your credit card is charged.
  • When selecting UPS ground shipping method, look at the UPS map for transit times. Transit times exclude the day the order is shipped and weekends. Example - OH is a 4 day transit service from CA. An order received on Thurs going to OH will be delivered the following Wed. All orders ship from CA, West Coast, therefore if you require a next day or even 2 day delivery date, DO NOT select ground shipping, you need to select an expedited shipping method.

Return/Refund Policy
  • Perishable items such as food items, chocolate and baked goods CANNOT BE RETURNED for refund as we cannot guarantee that a returned item has not been tampered with.
  • Non-perishable items can be returned for refund if returned within 15 days as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition and inside its original packaging.
  • Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment and only directly to the original purchaser. Once product is returned you will be credited the total product purchase price, minus a restocking fee of $5.00 and minus the original outbound shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please note that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Credits should appear after 1-2 billing cycles.
