Guidlines for Non-perishable items: PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product is shipped to you and you will be present at the time of delivery please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
If you or your recipient are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 15 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. As a convenience, orders placed between December 1st though December 25th will have the return guarantee extended to January 15th.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment and only directly to the original purchaser. A refund cannot be given to the gift recipient. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less a restocking fee of $5.00 and less our actual outbound shipping costs. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
Guidlines for Perishable items: Products including food items, chocolate and baked goods cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. Further, we cannot guarentee that a returned item has not been tampered with and therefore cannot resell such items.
If your product has been lost, stolen or damaged in transit we must be notified within 5 days afte the delivery date in order to obtain a refund from the carrier. This refund will the be returned to the original method of payment and only directly to the original purchaser. A refund cannot be given to the gift recipient.
