CHOCOLATE IS VERY SENSITIVE TO TEMPERATURE! - Chocolate starts to melt at +70F.
- During summer/ warm weather we strongly advise shipping DHL Overnight and we accompany every package with a free re-usable ice pack.
- For most of the States from October through March, available shipping options include UPS ground delivery, UPS 3 day Select or DHL Overnight.
- For warm weather states including AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NM, SC, & TX) shipping requires DHL Overnight.
- From May to September, available shipping options within Southern CA only include ground delivery. Northern CA & all other states require DHL Overnight.
- Regardless of season, it is preferable that someone be at home on the expected delivery day or even better, that your gift be sent to the recipients business address.
- We ship Mon through Thursday only. If an order is placed on a Friday for delivery on Monday, this order will not be shipped. It will be held and processed on Monday.
- We do our best ship your order the same day you place it if the stock is available. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the following day. Remember we do no ship on a Friday unless you have arranged a Saturday delivery with us - see below.
- Saturday deliveries can be made to certain addresses - you must call us to arrange these in advance. Add $15.00 to your shipping cost for Saturday deliveries. This charge will not show on your order confirmation but will be added to your bill when your credit card is charged.
- For those states where UPS ground shipping is an option, see the UPS map below for transit times. When calculating transit time do not include the day the order is shipped or weekends. Business day transit is Mon through Fri.
